Introduction
Sometimes it is useful to have a visual indicator to monitor multiple voicemail boxes. SARK has inbuilt support for this feature from the following releases;
- 4.0.0-126
- 4.0.1-4
Simply set a function-key to BLF and enter vm+{extension} in the function-key data field. So, for example, to monitor extension 451 set a function key to
BLF vm451
The lamp will light when unread mail is waiting for ext 451. Pressing the function key will connect with the voicemailbox for ext 451 (you will need to enter the password if it has one). You can monitor as many individual mailboxes as you have spare function keys.
